Dr. Jas Sharma graduated in 1995 from The Royal London Hospital Medical College.
In 2004, he obtained a master’s degree in Conservative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute (London).
In 2005, he obtained his diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
From 2003 to 2010, Dr. Sharma owned and ran a multidisciplinary specialist referral practice.
Since that time, much of his career has been spent as a part-time private practice owner, a part-time teacher, and a part-time associate.
He worked in Harley Street for five years before pursuing his passion for teaching. He has been a Senior Clinical Teacher at the Faculty of Dental and Craniofacial Sciences, Guys Hospital for 5 years, teaching restorative dentistry to undergraduate students.
Dr. Sharma has attended many post-graduate lectures, seminars, and workshops, mainly in the field of implant dentistry, in the U.K as well as in France, Italy, Austria and USA.
His main interests within dentistry include Fixed-prosthodontics, Oral surgery and Implantology.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Sharma enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, coaching junior cricket, travelling and listening to smooth jazz music.
